<p>PURPOSE: To provide a developer which does not contain any charge control agent, which causes extremely few spinets by wax, which has satisfactory charge ability, which does not scatter toner during copying, which has a sufficient transfer efficiency, and with which a copied image having a required density can be stably obtained for a long time, and which has a sufficient fixing ability for a transferred image. CONSTITUTION: Toner contains toner particles which contain fixing resin and magnetic powder dispersed in the resin, the fixing resin being a composition which contains at least either one of (1) a polymer having an anionic polar group and a part in which wax is grafted, and (2) a composition composed of a polymer having an anionic polar group, and a polymer having a part in which wax is grafted, and the magnetic powder is contained in the toner particles at a predetermined ratio. Each of carrier particles is composed of a core particle and a cover layer with which the core particle is covered, and the core particle being made of a predetermined magnetic particle, and the cover layer being a resin composition which contains alkylated melamine resin and acrylic denatured silicone resin, having predetermined molecular weights.</p> |
