Triazolopyridazine compound of formula (I), wherein R1 is hydrogen, halogen or alkyl; R2 is polycarbon alkyl or cycloalkyl; X is oxygen or S(O)p, wherein p is 0 to 2; Y is (i) a group of formula (a) wherein R3 and R4 are hydrogen or alkyl, or (ii) cycloalkylene or cycloalkylidene; R5 and R6 are H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, or may bind together for form a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group; m and n are 0 to 4, or a salt thereof, possessing excellent antiasthmatic, anti-allergic, anti-PAF, eosinophil chemotaxis inhibiting activities.
