PURPOSE: To enhance the safety during a condensing and irradiating operation by deciding the turnable range of a radiation emitting means or the turnable range of a bed based on the detected results of a radiation emitting angle detecting means and a bed angle detecting means and the information set to a setting means. CONSTITUTION: A condensing and irradiating interference preventing device is composed of the head of the linear acceleration system, gantry, bed rotating and driving part 3, head rotating and driving part 5, bed angle detecting part 7, head angle detecting part 9, controller 11 and setting part 13. Then, the turnable range of the head corresponding to a rotating angleϕof the bed is previously set to the setting part 13 and the controller 11 decides the turnable range of the head or the turnable range of the bed based on the rotating angleθof the bed 107 and a rotating angleθof the head 103 detected by the bed angle detecting part 7 and the head angle detecting part 9 and the information set to the setting part 13.
