CHARGING SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC AUTOMOBILE

PURPOSE: To reduce the burden on an electric vehicle about the load space and enhance the easiness in works of loading the vehicle by charging the battery installed on a battery-mounted car which is tracted by the electric vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A battery 6 for electric vehicle is mounted on a battery-mounted car 10 in the form of a two-wheeled vehicle which is tracted by the electric vehicle 3 in such a way as extruding a little from the rear of the vehicle body. Charging of the battery 6 on the car 10 is conducted using a charger 7 in any place such as a charging stand. For electric vehicle 6 which requires quick charging, the car 10 loaded with the battery 6 is separated, and a substitute battery-mounted car 10 with charged battery 6 is connected. Thereby electric vehicle 6 can be allowed to run continuously through a simple and quick procedure.
