PURPOSE: To prevent the environment from being polluted with the steam of an exhaust discharged into the external environment and to reduce the amt. of water to be consumed in a surface-treating equipment. CONSTITUTION: The exhaust gas discharged from surface-treating equipment 10 and contg. moisture is treated before the exhaust is discharged into the external environment. The exhaust is introduced into a condenser 40 to lower the temp. of the exhaust, hence the moisture in the exhaust is reduced, and then the exhaust is discharged into the external environment from an exhaust port 29.
