MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY FOR EPSILON-(GAMMA-GLUTAMYL)LYSINE CROSS-LINKED SITE AND METHOD FOR IMMUNOASSAY

PURPOSE: To provide both a means for simply detecting and determining only anε-(γ-glutamyl)lysine cross-linked site with a high sensitivity in a short time without being influenced by a difference in kind of proteins as compared with a conventional method and a method for detecting and determining theε-(γ- glutamyl)lysine cross-linked site without breakage. CONSTITUTION: This method for determining anε-(γ-glutamyl)lysine cross-linked site according to an immunoassay using a monoclonal antibody having a high affinity for theε-(γ-glutamyl)lysine cross-linked site. Thereby, the distribution of theε-(γ-glutamyl)lysine cross-linked site is measured by using the anti-ε-(γ- glutamyl)lysine cross-linked site monoclonal antibody.
