CONSTITUTION: In greening the upper part of a waterside concrete wall above water level, a greening frame 3 with a two-dimensional spread is slidably set against the wall 1 and the lower edge of this greening frame is connected to a float 2 set afloat on the waterslde, and a greening plant is propagated on the frame 3 while the roots of the plant are set on the float 2.
