发明名称 METHOD FOR DEACIDIFYING ORGANIC CHLORIDE
摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a method for deacidifying an organic chloride by which an acidic component contained in the organic chloride is efficiently adsorbed and removed using an ion exchange method enabling the practice of adsorption. regeneration and reuse according to simple operations. CONSTITUTION: The characteristic of this method for deacidifying an organic chloride comprises (1) an acidic component removing step for using a prescribed inorganic hydroxide as an ion exchanger, bringing the ion exchanger into contact with the organic chloride containing an acidic component and adsorbing and removing the acidic component and (2) a regenerating step for treating the inorganic hydroxide, undergoing the ion exchange in the acidic component removing step and adsorbing the acidic component with an aqueous solution containing an alkali component. The inorganic hydroxide is preferably a mixture of one or more selected from zirconium hydroxide, cerium hydroxide, titanium hydroxide and ferric hydroxide and capable of suitably carrying out the deacidifying treatment of the organic chloride such as chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, trichloroethylene or tetrachloroethylene containing hydrogen chloride as the acidic component.
