PURPOSE: To creat a pleasant environment which a person himself desires by a system wherein the mental or the physiological condition under the environment where the person is situated at present is judged based on the brain wave the person emits and an instrument is automatically controlled based on this result. CONSTITUTION: A condition setting means 20 for. setting a desired environment, a brain wave detecting means 19 for detecting the brain wave and an amenity evaluating means 21 for evaluating the present mental or physiological condition of a person based on a brain wave information obtd. by the brain wave detecting means 19 are provided. In addition, a comparing and judging means 22 for comparing the output from the condition setting means 20 and the output from the amenity evaluating means 21 and a controlling means 23 for controlling an instrument 15 based on the output of the comparing and judging means 22, are provided. |
