PURPOSE: To provide an outlet cover which ensure certain insertion and excels in the appearance using a simple configuration even if a plug used is of adapter equipped type. CONSTITUTION: An outlet cover is structured so that the surface of an outlet held in a wiring hole formed in the top plate of a writing desk etc., is concealed when out of service and is exposed at the time of service, and is composed of a horizontal frame 21, a lid mounting frame 2. and a lid 3. The horizontal frame 21 is held in the wiring hole and positioned flush with or some inward from the surface of the outlet protruding out of the wiring hole, and the lid mounting frame 2 consists of a slope 22 inclining to the plate plane side in continuity to the horizontal frame 21, and the lid 3 is installed slidably on the lid mounting frame 2 while enclosing the front surface of the lid mounting frame 2. The arrangement is such that when the lid 3 is opened, its surface is positioned flush with or some inward from the surface of the outlet. |
