PURPOSE: To realize a bicycle driving engine unit that is able to make the spatial size of motor bike pedals smaller as being equal to that of an ordinary bicycle. CONSTITUTION: Plural horizontal cooling fins 27a projecting in the side direction getting away from a bicycle body are made up into slanting form each so as to make the front width in the traveling direction become shorter than the rear width. With this constitution, a position of a rider's foot treading a pedal 6 is made to come close to the body side, whereby a spatial size between symmetrical pedals 6 and 6 is made smaller as being equal to that of an ordinary bicycle.
