PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical part having a solderable zinc surface. SOLUTION: The surface of this part contains zinc and is finished into a solderable surface. The electrical part is formed to include a non-conductive substrate for supporting an electrical device element. At least one electrical device is arranged on the non-conductive substrate. At least one metallized region is formed on the non-conductive substrate, the metallized region is electrically connected to the electrical device element. The metallized region has a layer containing zinc. Generally, the zinc is provided in a form of a zinc containing alloy. In a further embodiment, an electrical element having electrical connection element including a zinc containing surface is provided. |
