In addition, it is difficult to control these conventional procelain compositions' temperature coefficients of resonance frequency. This invention solves the above-mentioned problems by providing a dielectric porcelain composition expressed by the following chemical formula: xMgTiO3.(1-x)CaTiO3.y(Ln<1>1-wLn<2>w)2Ti2zO3+4z, where, Ln<1> and Ln<2> represent lanthanoid elements and 0 </= w < 1, 0.20 </= x </= 0.80, 0.05 </= y </= 5.0, and 0.25 </= z </= 1.5. This dielectric porcelain composition can be used for resonators, filters, capacitors, etc., used for processing microwave-band signals.
