Clapping valve assembly for air inlet of IC engines

The device consists of a dividing wall (1c) with an opening (2), which can be opened or closed with the clapping valve (3) fitted in the housing (4). The housing is a single assembly, also fitted with a vacuum adjuster (9) that is connected to the valve by a rod (10). The vacuum exhaust channel (17) is adjusted by the return valve (15) in the connection to the inside of the air inlet. A vacuum reservoir (not shown) is constructed in the same single item plastics assembly and is controlled by a magnetic valve (not shown). The vacuum adjuster and valve are formed into a single assembly by the connecting pieces (6,8).
