Prestressed concrete post mfg. process

The post mfg. process comprises tensioning the armature, filling the mould chambers, compacting the concrete, letting it set and removing the moulds. Several rigid steel moulds are used in circulation. The length of the posts is set by locking setting elements in the moulds. There may be from five to eight of the steel moulds. Vibration tables with magnetic holding of the moulds may be used for the compacting of the concrete. The moulds may be heated.
