PURPOSE: To provide a guide for fistulation capable of safely securing the guide tube in an organ, smoothly moving a medical instrument such as forceps forward or rearward and preventing gas leakage. CONSTITUTION: This guide for fistulation to be inserted into a through-hole bored in a body cavity wall is provided with an almost spherical stopper member 2 at an end of a guide main body 1 comprising a flexible tube and a tubular reinforcing member 5 equipped in the guide main body 1 in adjacency of the stopper 2 and is so constructed as to make possible to insert a medical instrument such as forceps into a body cavity screw not to cut a transplanted ligament by constructing the screw comprising an inner part which can be removed after fixing the ligament and an outer part. |
