<p>PURPOSE: To provide an optical recording head which is a head having luminous picture elements utilizing the luminescence of fluorescent material cells and can record with a resolution higher than the array density of the luminous picture elements. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus equipped with a plurality of anodes 1 arranged on a substrate 21 at specified intervals, a plurality of fluorescent material cells 2 arranged adjacent to these anodes 1, an cathode for emitting electrons arranged at a distance from cells 2, and control electrodes 3A, 3B which are placed corresponding respectively to cells 2 and accelerate electrons flying from the cathode to the cells 2, the control electrodes 3A, 3B are divided in the array direction of the cells 2.</p> |
