PURPOSE: To cope even with a small through hole of a high density board by simply manufacturing a press-in part of a connector terminal to be electrically connected by pressing/holding the inside of a printed circuit board in/by a through hole covered with a metallic coating film by solder. CONSTITUTION: A notch 6 is formed in a press-in terminal 1 to be pressed in a through hole 11, and the terminal is composed of a press-in part 2 having a width wider than an opposite surface, a tip introducing part 4, a joining part 3 to smoothly join the press-in part 2 and the introducing part 4 and a shoulder part 5 being a positioner when it is pressed in the through hole 11. Therefore, since the press-in part 2 can be easily manufactured and can be easily downsized due to a simple structure, high density is realized, and excellent compliant performance can be guaranteed even for the through hole 1 having a small diameter. |
