发明名称 HEATER FOR HEATING LIQUID CRYSTAL OPTICAL SHUTTER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To enable a liquid crystal printer to perform distinct printing by attaching a heat pipe to the vicinity of a liquid crystal shutter and uniformly heating the liquid crystal optical shutter. CONSTITUTION: The cylindrical heat pipes 1 consisting of copper material are juxtaposed on both sides of the liquid crystal optical shutter 2 used in the liquid crystal printer in a state where one-end side is somewhat inclined downward. Then, this heater 5 is constituted by respectively inserting and fixing one-end sides of the heat pipes 1 in two holes formed on the side surface of a rectangular parallelopiped metallic block 3 consisting of aluminum material, and attaching a heating element 4 using a PTC thermistor having positive resistance temperature characteristic to one main surface of the metallic block 3. When the heating element 4 heats one end of the heat pipe 1 through the metallic block in such constitution, the surface temperature of the heat pipe 1 becomes constant and the optical shutter 2 positioned in the vicinity of the heat pipe 1 is uniformly heated.</p>
