PURPOSE: To connect plural electronic equipments by a communication control bus, and to make a command transmitted precedently to be executed surely in a communication system among these electronic equipments, and simultaneously, to confirm the success/failure of the command. CONSTITUTION: A write-in side sends a write instruction in which informationαread out of a register and the informationβdesired to write newly in the register are made a set to the register. The register rewrites the information of the register to P only in the case that the informationαsent from the write-in side matches with the informationα' written in presently in the register, and further, it transmits the informationα' to the write-in side. The write-in side can confirm the success/failure of write-in by comparingαwithα'.
