PURPOSE: To obtain a polyurethane resin having good workability in production and excellent alcohol resistance, weathering resistance, slidability, touch, etc., by reacting a specified polyester polyol with a polyisocyanate. CONSTITUTION: This resin is the one obtained by reacting a polyester polyol with a polyisocyanate compound (PI), wherein the polyester polyol is a polycaprolactone polyester polyol selected from the group consisting of a polycaprolactone polyester polyol of a number-average molecular weight of 1000-10000, obtained by subjecting a hydroxyl-terminated polyester of a molecular weight of 200-5000, obtained by reacting 2-10 C dihydric and/or trihydric alcohols with an polybasic acid or its anhydride, a 3-15 C at least trihydric alcohol andε-caprolactone to a ring-opening polymerization reaction, and effecting the transesterification reaction among molecules of the product of ring-opening polymerization and other specified polyester polyols.
