PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialysis and blood filtration device capable of optimizing the use life of a filter without substantially or completely interrupting the treatment in execution by cleaning the used filter. SOLUTION: Feeding tube (9a, 9b) comprises a first portion 9a wherein a filter 21 having a first chamber 22 and a second chamber 23 which are separated by a filtration film 24 is arranged, and a dialysis liquid source 10 is linked to the inlet of the first chamber 22; and a second portion 9b having an end linked to the outlet of the second chamber 23 and another end capable of being linked to the inlet of a separate chamber 3 of an interchanger 1 comprising a semipermeable membrane. Further, the dialysis liquid circulation path comprises a discharge tuber 11 with an end that can be linked to the outlet of the separate chamber 3 of the interchanger 1; a sweep tube 27 provided with a flow-control member 28 and linked to the outlet of the first chamber 22 of the filter 21; and a feedback tube 25 connecting the inlet of the first chamber 22 with the outlet of the first chamber 22 and provided with a perfusion pump 26 for cleaning the filtration film 24 with the perfusion in tangential direction by circulating the liquid in the first chamber 22. |
