<p>PURPOSE: To provide a radio communication equipment and the method with the improved convenience of data transmission capable of transmitting data corresponding to the priority of transmission data. CONSTITUTION: When this radio communication equipment 101 receives the transmission data from a data terminal 112, the kind of the data is discriminated, whether or not the other terminal transmits the data is checked in a carrier sensing part 107 and carrier sensing is performed for the time set corresponding to the priority of the transmission data when no carrier is originated. After the lapse of the set time, whether or not the carrier which is the indication of the intention of the data transmission is originated by the other terminal is judged. When it is not originated as the result, by transmitting the data from a radio communication part 108 after a carrier origination part 106 originates the carrier for the specified number of times, the data with the high priority are transmitted first.</p> |
