HISTORY MANAGEMENT DEVICE FOR ELECTRONIC SLIP SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To attain the unitary management of history information with no consciousness of the system constitutions by processing the electronic slips which are transferred among plural systems by means of an electronic mail system and carrying out the unitary management of the history information on the processed electronic slips. CONSTITUTION: The electronic slips which are transferred between both systems 10 and 20 via an electronic mail system are processed and the history information on these processed slips are managed. In such a management system, the system 10 includes a primary storage means 120 which stores the history information 21 and 22 received from the systems 10 and 20 and a control means 110 which stores the history information on the processed electronic slips in a specific history information storage means 130. Thus the unitary management of the history information on the processed electronic slips is secured between both systems 10 and 20. In such a constitution, the history information can be sent to the means 120 by an electronic mail like in a way to transmit the information to the same system and with no consciousness of a fact that the means 130 is included in the system 10 not in the system 20 that includes a transmitter person.
