ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE CERAMIC, ITS PRODUCTION AND THERMAL FIXING ROLLER USING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain an electrically conductive ceramic, having a slight dispersion in resistance values, excellent in mechanical characteristics and suitably usable especially for thermal fixing rollers. CONSTITUTION: The electrically conductive ceramic comprises 30-70wt.% ZrO2 containing a stabilizer and 70-30wt.% NiO and has 10<-5> to 1Ω.cm value of the volume resistivity and a positive temperature coefficient of the resistivity.
