PURPOSE: To finely crush even crude refuse including fish heads of hard bones, etc., by the machine with plural rotating blades disposed to extend radially from a shaft and plural stationary blades arranged like a comb on the inside surface of a treating vessel. CONSTITUTION: This crude refuse treating machine 1 is provided with crushing vanes 3 of a rotary type within the treating vessel 2. The crushing vanes 3 have the shaft 4 and the many blades (rotary blades) 5 disposed to project radially from the shaft 4. The inside surface of the treating vessel 2 is projectingly provided with the many stationary blades. The stationary blades are arranged like the comb in such a manner that the respective blades 5 pass among the respective stationary blades 5 to each other. The crude refuse is decomposed by the effect of bacteria when the crude refuse is thrown in the treating vessel 2 and further bacterium carriers are thrown therein and are subjected to the treatment for the prescribed period of time. At this time, the hard bones, fish heads, etc., are sheared and finely crushed by the blades 5 and the stationary blades when such hard bones, fish heads, etc., are included in the crude refuse. All the products of the treatment are, therefore finely loosened. |
