摘要 PURPOSE: To restrain an increase of a temperature in a case exposed to the sun by mounting a solar cell on a plate, providing an electrically powered fan underneath the plate and placing the plate with legs on the case. CONSTITUTION: A plate 1 with legs 4 is placed on a case to shut off solar heat with the plate 1, and an increase of a temperature in the case is restrained with the force of air created by an electrically powered fan 3 which is mounted underneath the plate 1 and driven by electric power generated by a solar cell 2 mounted on the plate 1. This device can be utilized for every kind of a case- like structure. For example, the device can be placed on a roof of an automobile to restrain an increase of a temperature in the automobile during parking in the blazing sunshine, and it can be placed on a roof of a building to restrain an increase of an indoor temperature. Plastic steel, wood or aluminum is used in a plate-like state as the plate 1. By shutting off heat with a plate and by cooling the interior of a case with free electric power while utilizing solar energy, an increase of a temperature in a case can be reliably restrained, and the consumption of energy is reduced.
