PURPOSE: To enhance the evaporation of condensation water collected in a drain pan and prevent secondary condensation from occurring. CONSTITUTION: In an air conditioner in which a slit 24 is provided on the leeward of an outlet passage 20 in the neighborhood of an outlet 14 of conditioned air (A) in such a manner as to intersect a diffusing direction of the conditioned air (A) and a drain pan 25 is provided outside of the outlet passage 20 in such a manner that water formed by condensation on an inner wall of the outlet passage 20 is guided through the slit 24 into the drain pan 25, a surface of the drain pan 25 is subjected to a surface treatment to reduce water repellence. |
