<p>PURPOSE: To prevent chattering and to reduce a board mount area. CONSTITUTION: A transistor(TR) 11 and a resistor 12 connecting to the emitter are provided in addition to a conventional reset circuit, the TR 11 is closed in the case of reset output and the TR 11 is turned off at reset release. Thus, a load current by resistors 12, 13 is lost by the reset release, the power supply voltage is suddenly increased and chattering at reset is avoided. The product design with high reliability is attained inexpensively by forming the chattering prevention circuit with the simple circuit.</p> |
