<p>PURPOSE: To execute continuous image decomposition by setting up plural set-up conditions in an image obtained by one prescanning and executing main scanning decomposition for the set number of conditions. CONSTITUTION: When three originals e.g. in a transmission cassette are prescanned by a transmission input part 3, three original images are outputted to a CRT 11. When a multi-decomposition mode is selected, trimming is executed by a mouse or a keyboard in a controller part 1 and set-up conditions are set up in the multi-decomposition mode, image decomposition for these original images is executed three times in each decomposition condition at the time of main scanning. Since different decomposition conditions can be set up in each original, image obtained by one prescanning, repeated prescanning for setting up conditions is made unnecessary. When five originals e.g. are set up on a reflection input part 4, five original images are outputted to the CRT 11. These images are processed similarly to the use of the input part 3. Consequently continuous image decomposition can be attained and a decomposed result is outputted through an image processing part 2.</p> |
