PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of contact between male and female rotors by limiting movement in an axial direction of male and female rotors and relative movement in a rotation direction and limiting movement of a direction, in which the two rotors approach each other, by an annular member in a circular shape in cross section. CONSTITUTION: Annular members 21 and 22 in a circular shape in cross section are mounted on one and the same plane on rotor shafts 3 and 4 on the delivery part side. In which case, when a ratio of the number of revolutions of a male rotor 1 to that of a female rotor 2 is set to (a):(b) and (k) is a positive real number, the outside diameter of the annular member 21 attached to the rotor shaft 3 of the male rotor 1 is ak and the outside diameter of the annular member 22 attached to the rotor shaft 4 of the female rotor 2 is bk. A value of (k) is determined so that a gapε1 between the make and female rotors 1 and 2 is higher than a gapε2 between the annular members 21 and 22. Limitation is applied on movement in an axial direction of the male and the female rotors l and 2 and relative rotation in a rotation direction thereof and movement through which the rotors approach each other is limited by the annular members 21 and 22.
