<p>PURPOSE: To enhance efficiency of a processing operation, providing stable and excellent insulation and a waterproof characteristic and facilitate a drawing operation by increasing the gripping force of a cable grip at the time of drawing in the terminal processing part of a cable. CONSTITUTION: In a terminal processing part, a wedge-like insulating spacer 11 is inserted into the central part of insulating cores 9 exposed by stripping the sheath 10 of the end part of a cable, and an air gap is filled with the spacer 11 and at the same time the interval between the cores 9 is widened. A spindle- like polyvinyl chloride molding part 12 is very closely formed on the outside. Further, the molding part 12 is made sufficiently larger than the diameter of the cable 6, and in the drawing terminal part of the structure in which a cable grip 13 is fitted thereon, the gripping force of the cable grip 13 is greatly increased to enhance drawing workability.</p> |
