PURPOSE: To allow a slider to largely rise or fall without furning the slider, etc. CONSTITUTION: A slider 110 and a cover 120 are placed in an elevator 200 via a load cell. The elevator 200 is raised or lowered by two elevation units 300. The two elevation units 300 are installed outside the cabin spaces at both sides of the passage 35 of a vehicle body 31. The cylinder units 310 of the elevator 200 and the units 300 are so supported by a guide unit 320 as not to incline rods. The unit 310 is fixed to the vehicle body. At the time of non- collecting current, the height of the unit 300 is controlled based on the height of a trolley wire 51 previously obtained, and the elevator 200 is so controlled that the value obtained by a load cell becomes a predetermined value.
