Cladding (12,12') is glued back onto the foamed plastic layers (30) as follows. Holes are made (14), and the nozzle (94) is inserted, injecting adhesive into them, one by one. They are sealed from the outside; pressure is applied to the cladding (12,12') until the glue sets. During injection, the nozzle may be caught onto, or interlocked with, the edge of the outer cladding in the hole. This allows the cladding to be pulled back a little, to inject adhesive between (38) the detached foam plastic layer (30) and the cladding. In addn. to the method described, a suitable injection tool, and the nozzle to go with it, are also claimed.
