The bonnet structure consists of a reinforcing element and a locking bracket between a bonnet inner part and outer part. The reinforcing element consists of an upper flat section and flange sections. The flange section of the locking bracket laps over the flange section of the reinforcing element and is welded to the bonnet inner part. The upper flat section of the reinforcing element is rigidly connected to the inner surface of the bonnet outer part.
