摘要 A fuel cell arrangement eg. a molten carbonate cell having fuel cells arranged in the form of a stack in a fuel cell block, each of which fuel cells has an inlet for the fresh fuel gas at the anodes on one side of the fuel cell block and an outlet for the spent fuel gas on the opposite side, and has an inlet for the fresh cathode gas on another side of the fuel cell block and an outlet for spent cathode gas on the opposite side, and having a reforming device (7) heated by the heat evolved during the fuel cell reaction for reforming the fresh fuel gas to be fed to the anode inlet of the fuel cells, which reforming device has a region provided with a catalyst (8) with an inlet (77) for receiving the fresh fuel gas to be reformed and an outlet (78), which is connected to the anode inlet, for the reformed fresh fuel gas, in which region the reforming process proceeds, wherein the reforming device (7) is constructed as a heat exchanger installed directly behind the fuel cell block (see Fig.2) and having a second region (72) thermally coupled to the first region (71), through which second region the off-gas stream from the fuel cells is passed as a heating gas for heating the reforming device (7). <IMAGE>
