Prepn. of ceramic electronic parts

摘要

Ceramic electronic parts with electrodes of Pd or Pd alloy, are unifiedly sintered with the ceramic. The sintering is done in the atmos. in which Pd is not oxidised, in the temp. range that Pd is oxidised in the air, and also the sintering is done in the air in the temp. range over the temp. at which PdO is decomposed in the air.
