<p>PURPOSE: To improve safety and operability, and reduce cost by reducing weight by constituting a hook lever of a metallic hook and a synthetic resin lever, and reducing inertia force caused by vibration and impact. CONSTITUTION: A second lock mechanism of a hood is constituted of a hook 41 by punching an iron plate and a synthetic resin lever 42 to integrally rotate by engaging with the hook 41. In the hook 41, an almost square engaging hole 43 is arranged almost in the center, and a locking claw 41a is arranged in an upper end part, and an engaging projecting part 44 to engage with the engaging hole 43 and a washer part 45 integrally molded through a connecting part are arranged on the lever 42. The lever 42 and the hook 41 are installed in order on a bolt 47 inserted in a through hole 10a of a metallic base 10 installed on a car body, and the washer part 45 is fitted to a flange part 42a, and is installed by a metallic nut 48, and direct contact of mutual metals are prevented. Next, a return spring 49 whose one end part is locked on the base 10 is locked in a locking hole 46 of the lever 42, and a hook lever 41 is automatically returned.</p> |
