PURPOSE: To obtain the grafting device capable of grafting a stock seedling to a scion seedling without giving a damage affecting the growth of a grafted seedling, and capable of using a grafting tool provided with arm parts and attaching members which are used for fixing the grafted seedling to a support on the transplantation of the grafted seedling. CONSTITUTION: The grafting device is provided with a grafting tool-supporting mechanism for supplying a grafting tool to a scion seedling-inserting position, namely a position P7 , so that a scion seedling E can be inserted into an insertion hole from the upper side, with gripping pieces downward projected from a pair of scion seedling-gripping members 35, confronted to each other, and capable of gripping arm parts in a state that a pair of scion seedling-gripping members 35 grip the scion seedling E, and with a grafting tool position- determining mechanism having a pair of grafting tool position-determining members 76 for determining the position of a grafting part placed at a grafting position, namely a position P4 . |
