发明名称 ANAEROBIC WATER TREATMENT DEVICE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To easily and rapidly treat even a waste water containing a large amount of protein which can not be easily processed by an anaerobic treatment and reduce the volume of an anaerobic treatment tank by separating protein having been solidified by acid fermentation and thereafter treating the solidified protein. CONSTITUTION: Waste water is sent first to an acid fermeritation reactor 1 to effect acid fermentation thereof. At this moment, organic matters in the waste water are hydrolyzed so that pH is lowered and protein is denatured and solidified. Whereupon pH is properly adjusted in an acid fermentation pH adjusting device 6. The protein solidified by acid fermentation is sent to a solid-liquid separator 2, where supernatant liquid is separated from the solidified protein. Further the moisture content of the solidified protein is adjusted and the protein is then sent to a protein treatment reactor 3, where the protein is decomposed to generate amino acid and at the same time the decomposition treatment liquid is sent to an anaerobic reactor 4. On the other hand, the supernatant liquid in the separator 2 is directly fed into the reactor 4.</p>
