<p>PURPOSE: To manufacture a composite metal plate provided with resistance to corrosion, weatherability and processability combinedly and also provide its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: A conversion treatment is applied to a metal surface, over which an organic resin coating material is applied as prime coating and dried. Then, an intermediate layer composed of two layers, a modified polyolefin resin bonded layer and a polyolefin resin layer is formed on the prime coat by the thickness of 50-300μm, and the surface of the polyolefin resin layer is modified by flame treament or corona discharge treament, and a functional group having O/C value of 0.05-0.30 representing the ratio of the oxygen amount in the functional group to carbon amount of the surface is formed, and further a urethane curing polyester coating material or a urethane curing fluorine coating material is applied as top coating by the thickness of 8-35μm and dried to manufacture a composite metal plate.</p> |
