PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition capable of giving molded products excellent in impact strength, weld strength, external appearance, etc. CONSTITUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises 60-98wt.% of (A) a saturated polyester and 2-40wt.% of (B) a modified olefin-based elastomer obtained by the following production method. The method for producing the component (B) is to graft copolymerize 0.01-20 pts.wt. of anα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester having a hydroxyl group and 0-50 pts.wt. of other vinyl- based monomer onto 100 pts.wt. of an olefin-based elastomer having <=500kg/cm<2> bending modulus (JIS K 7203) at 23 deg.C.
