PURPOSE: To provide a headup display device whose optical axis passes through a regular light path so as to eliminate any deviation in a virtual image position. CONSTITUTION: A headup display device is provided with a light source part 1 for emitting a display image, a mirror 3 for reflecting the display image emitted from the light source part 1 and shifting the direction of an optical axis, and a case 6 for installing the light source part 1 and the mirror 3. The case 6 is made of a resin molded product and when the direction crossing to the punching directionαat right angle is set to a horizontal standard H, an inclined board 12, on which the light source part 1 is mounted, is set at a prescribed angleθ1 to the level standard H, which is set based on the mounting angleθ2 of the mirror.
