PURPOSE:To supply heat corresponding to a heat load instruction signal by recovering heat so that steam pressure within a steam separator is constant, and compensating the shortage of heat amount in a heating medium line by increasing the methanol combustion amount in a heat medium heater. CONSTITUTION:A steam flow rate control valve 17 is controlled with a heat load instruction of a waste heat utilizing facility 16 to take out the required amount of steam from a steam separator 10, and the variation of steam pressure is detected with a pressure sensor 13. In order to compensate the pressure variation, hot water whose flow rate is controlled is supplied to a heat medium cooler 5 from the steam separator 10 to conduct heat exchange with a heat medium, and returned again to the steam separator as steam. The specified amount of heat is thereby recovered. The inlet heat medium temperature variation of a reformer 4 is detected with a temperature sensor 7, and to compensate this variation, the methanol fuel flow rate for heating heat medium supplied to a heat medium heater 1 is controlled through a methanol flow rate control valve. The heat amount required to maintain heat medium temperature by methanol combustion heat is ensured. |
