The bicycle computer can also include an altimeter, auxiliary internal memory storage and a facility for connection to a PC. The altitude, the speed, distance and further data e.g. the time, can be stored at uniform intervals of time. This data can be transferred to a PC and can be graphically represented at the PC e.g. as a travel profile. The touring record can be entered not only across chip-cards or magnetic strips, but also across the PC.
