A knob (27) for operating a fader as an electronic device of a car stereo is rotatably and axially slidably mounted on a grille (20) detachably attached to a car stereo body (10). A wall (11) of the car stereo body facing the grille (20) when attached thereto, has an opening (11c) through which the knob (27) passes. A manually rotated operating shaft (15b) of the fader is disposed inside the body (10) of the car stereo behind the opening (11c). When the knob (27) is pushed into the body (10) through the opening (11c), the knob (27) is connected with the operating shaft (15b) of the fader.
