<p>PURPOSE:To take a many faceted analysis by gathering plant data when a power generation plant settles and is in a thermally balanced state, inspecting the performance of the plant by using the latest collected data and past data, and outputting the inspection result together with past transition. CONSTITUTION:A plant input means 20 converts respective data on the power generation plant 1 which are inputted through sensors into process data which can be processed in a computer and those data are inputted to a plant settle ment decision means 21 and a plant data gathering means 22. Then the means 21 decides that the plant 1 is in the thermally balanced state and when the decision result of the means 21 indicates the thermally balanced state, the means 22 gathers the process data and stores them in a mass storage device as a data storage means 30. Then a retrieval means 32 retrieves the data 31 stored in the means 30 and the retrieved data are totalized by a calculating means 51 to calculate the plant performance. The transition based upon the current calculation result and past calculation result is outputted from an output means 52.</p> |
