PURPOSE:To obtain a purified propolis extract having a light color, an aroma and a high content of active ingredient by bringing crude propolis into contact with CO2 in a supercritical state, extracting and separating propolis. CONSTITUTION:Ground crude propolis is brought into contact with CO2 in a supercritical state, preferably extracted under 80-200kg/cm<2> extraction pressure at 35-70 deg.C extraction temperature under 50-80 kg/cm<2> separation pressure and 35-70 deg.C separation temperature To give a low-pressure active ingredient of propolis, the extraction pressure is raised to 150-350kg/cm<2> and the separation pressure is increased to 500-80kg/cm<2> to extract a high-pressure active ingredient of propolis. |
