PURPOSE:To produce a ceramic sintered body having satisfactory density and strength at a low shrinkage without requiring the addition of a large amt. of a sintering aid nor complexing a process. CONSTITUTION:A slurry contg. silicon nitride powder having a small specific surface area and silicon nitride powder having a large specific surface area in a weight ratio of <=60/40 as silicon nitride powders different from each other in specific surface area is poured into a casting mold to form a molded body and this molded body is sintered. |
