PURPOSE:To promote energy saving and to contribute to earth environment safeguard by performing the centralized energy management of various buildings at a managing center. CONSTITUTION:Based on energy consumption information such as power consumption information collected in prescribed period from buildings 1-1 to 1-n, a power consumption level or the like is predicted and when it is judged that this predictive power level or the like exceeds a target power level or the like, an eco-command file, to which the eco-command of an enhance mode is set in place of the eco-command of a normal mode up to the moment, is down loaded to the buildings 1-1 to 1-n or the like so that the power consumption level or the like can be suppressed. Besides, when received power exceeds a pre-alarm value, a pre-alarm is sent to a managing center 2. Then, an eco- command file, in which the eco-command of an alarm mode is set, is down loaded from the managing center 2, that receives this pre-alarm, and the received power or the like at the buildings 1-1 to 1-n, etc., is suppressed. |
